    Evaluate mechanism, evidence quality, and translational feasibility against a consistent, documented standard.

    Strategic Recommendations

    Deliver a clear verdict — proceed, restructure, defer, or decline — with the reasoning made explicit.

    Implementation Support

    Work alongside the team executing the recommendation: study design, formulation, IP, or partner selection.

    Long-Term Collaboration

    Remain engaged as results arrive, since the first decision is rarely the last one.
