DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS · SIX GCC MARKETS

GCC DistributionOpportunities.

We are seeking a small number of distribution partners across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman for HairGenesis® and TrichoCyte™ — a US-developed, peer-reviewed, patent-pending hair-loss portfolio with a documented twenty-five-year commercial history in this region.

This is not a first market entry. It is the continuation of a category position that has already been built here.

THE OPPORTUNITY

What is actually available.

A distribution partnership covers the right to import, register where required, and sell HairGenesis® and TrichoCyte™ within a defined territory and channel. Exclusivity is possible and is normally tied to agreed performance rather than granted indefinitely.

The commercial logic is straightforward. The category has persistent, non-discretionary demand across the Gulf. The products are already formulated, already manufactured to US standards, already documented in peer-reviewed literature, and already familiar to regional pharmacy buyers who carried them through Boots Middle East, Aster Pharmacy, Life Pharmacy and Bin Sina Pharmacy.

Territory

Single-market or multi-market GCC arrangements. Saudi Arabia and the UAE are the two priorities; Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman are open.

Channel

Pharmacy retail, chain pharmacy, wholesale, derma-clinic and aesthetic-clinic channels, and physician-dispensed programs.

Portfolio

HairGenesis® — nano-enabled oral TrichoCeutical™ plus topical activator. TrichoCyte™ — botanical 5α-reductase inhibition with β-cyclodextrin delivery.

Support

Scientific, technical, formulation and documentation support from the platform that developed the products. The partner owns local registration and commercial execution.

PROOF, NOT PROJECTION

This portfolio has already been sold in your market.

Most brands approaching a Gulf distributor are asking that distributor to absorb category risk, regulatory risk and consumer-acceptance risk simultaneously. That is not the proposition here.

HairGenesis® reached commercial distribution across twenty-five countries and generated more than $100M in lifetime revenue over its commercial life. Within the GCC, the platform's products were carried for over two decades by the region's leading pharmacy networks. The category was proven, the pricing was proven, and the repeat purchase was proven — in this region, with these consumers.

  • Boots Middle East — the anchor retail relationship across the region.
  • Aster Pharmacy, Life Pharmacy, Bin Sina Pharmacy — regional pharmacy network distribution.
  • US development and manufacture — a provenance that still carries weight with Gulf consumers.
  • Peer-reviewed evidence — including a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.

PARTNER PROFILE

Who this suits.

We work best with organizations that already move product in this category and are looking for differentiation rather than another commodity line.

Pharmacy chains and groups

Organizations controlling shelf placement and pharmacist recommendation across multiple locations.

Pharmaceutical and healthcare distributors

Importers with existing registration capability and pharmacy or clinic route-to-market.

Beauty, derma-cosmetic and wellness distributors

Portfolio builders seeking a science-backed, defensible hair category anchor.

Clinic and aesthetic groups

Networks that can deploy a physician-supervised protocol alongside retail supply.

III

WHAT WE PROVIDE AND WHAT WE DO NOT

An honest division of responsibility.

What Continuum provides.

The science, the formulations, the delivery technology, the intellectual-property position, the peer-reviewed literature, product and technical documentation, mechanism and claim substantiation material, and direct access to the founder and principal investigator for scientific questions.

What the partner provides.

Local registration and regulatory filings, importation, logistics, channel execution, pricing within agreed parameters, sales force and pharmacist engagement, and market-level commercial accountability.

What we do not claim to be.

Continuum is not a GCC regulatory consultancy or registration agent, and does not represent itself as holding regulatory approvals it does not hold. We support our partners with the scientific, technical, formulation and documentation materials within our competence; the registration pathway itself belongs to the partner in their own market.

NEXT STEP

Which market do you control?

Name the territory and the channel. We will respond with the scientific and commercial package and, if it fits, a proposed structure.
