FREQUENTLY ASKED · LICENSING & DISTRIBUTION

Licensing and DistributionQuestions, Answered.

The questions below are the ones distributors, licensing executives, pharmacy groups and investors actually ask first. They are answered here directly, without commercial theatre, so that a partner can qualify or disqualify this opportunity quickly.

I

THE PORTFOLIO

What exactly is available.

What does Continuum Innovative actually own?

A hair-loss biology platform: two commercialized brands — HairGenesis® and TrichoCyte™ — the underlying formulations and delivery technology, a six-program provisional patent portfolio, and a three-decade peer-reviewed research record.

Are the patents issued?

No. The current generation of programs is protected by concurrent USPTO provisional applications, including provisional 64/065,059 for the autoimmune loss-of-privilege program. Provisional applications establish priority; they are not issued patents, and we do not describe them as such.

Is the company or the IP portfolio for sale?

No. Continuum is not offered for acquisition and neither is the IP portfolio. The relationships available are licensing, co-development, distribution, commercialization partnership and strategic investment.

Which products can a partner sell today?

HairGenesis® — a nano-enabled oral TrichoCeutical™ supplement plus a topical activator — and TrichoCyte™, which pairs botanical 5α-reductase inhibitors and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals with a β-cyclodextrin delivery vector.

EVIDENCE

What the science does and does not establish.

Five peer-reviewed publications underpin the platform, including a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of botanically derived 5α-reductase inhibition, keratinocyte inflammatory gene-expression work, androgen-marker blockade in cell-based assays, and delivery-enhanced botanical case-series work.

What that record establishes is mechanism and directional clinical observation. It does not establish a cure, and we do not claim one. Any partner who wants a stronger claim than the evidence supports is not the right partner — the durability of a hair-loss brand depends on the claim set surviving scrutiny for years, not launching loudly.

II

COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE

Rights, exclusivity and responsibility.

Is exclusivity available?

Yes, and it is normally tied to agreed performance rather than granted open-endedly. Exclusivity can be defined by territory, by channel, or by field of use.

What are the commercial terms?

Terms are specific to territory, channel, volume and structure, and are not published. They are discussed once a partner has defined the market and the channel they control.

Who is responsible for regulatory registration?

The partner, in their own market. Continuum is not a GCC regulatory consultancy or registration agent and does not hold registrations it has not obtained. We support the partner with scientific, technical, formulation and documentation material within our competence.

Can a partner use its own brand?

Yes. Private-label and brand-license structures are both available — see technology licensing.

Can a partner take more than one GCC market?

Yes, where the partner genuinely services those markets. Rights follow demonstrated reach.
III

PROCESS

How to get to a decision.

How does a conversation start?

One message stating territory, channel and current portfolio. That is more useful than a formal RFI.

What do we receive first?

The open diligence tier — publications, mechanism documentation, IP summaries, commercial record and product material. See the due-diligence package.

Who do we deal with?

Dr. Geno Marcovici, founder and principal investigator, is directly involved in partner conversations. Scientific questions are answered by the person who did the work.

Is Arabic material available for our team?

Yes — a full professional-Arabic library, including الشراكات التجارية.

STILL UNANSWERED?

Ask the question directly.

If your question is not covered here, it is probably specific to your market — which is exactly the conversation worth having.
