IP LICENSING · FORMULATION & DELIVERY
TechnologyLicensing.
Continuum Innovative licenses its formulations, its delivery technology and its patent-pending programs to partners who want to build inside their own brand rather than distribute ours. Six proprietary IP programs are currently the subject of provisional patent applications; none of them is described here as an issued patent.
Licensing suits organizations with their own brand equity, their own channel, and the intention to own a differentiated position.

WHAT IS LICENSABLE
Four distinct assets.
A license may cover one asset or several, in a defined field of use and territory. The structure follows the commercial intention rather than a fixed template.
Formulations
The HairGenesis® oral TrichoCeutical™ and topical activator formulations, and the TrichoCyte™ botanical composition.
Delivery technology
The β-cyclodextrin inclusion-complex approach that pairs botanical actives with a delivery vector rather than relying on the active alone.
Patent-pending programs
The six-program provisional portfolio covering immune privilege, intracrine androgen dynamics, senescence biology, multi-nodal stabilization, perimenopausal destabilization, and follicular–stromal field dynamics.
Claim and evidence substance
The peer-reviewed literature and mechanism documentation that a marketing claim set has to rest on if it is going to survive regulatory and retailer scrutiny.
THE IP POSITION, STATED PRECISELY
Patent-pending — and described as such.
Continuum's current generation of programs is protected by concurrent USPTO provisional applications. The autoimmune loss-of-privilege program is filed under provisional 64/065,059. Provisional applications establish priority; they are not issued patents, and we do not describe them as issued patents in any partner conversation, diligence document or public page.
For a licensee, the practical significance is priority date, defined scope and a documented invention record — not an enforceable granted claim set. Any partner evaluating the portfolio should read it on exactly those terms, and we will provide the filing detail necessary to do so under confidentiality.
- Autoimmune loss of privilege — provisional 64/065,059.
- Intracrine dynamics — local follicular androgen metabolism.
- Senescence biology and multi-nodal stabilization.
- Perimenopausal destabilization, plus a sixth program addressing follicular–stromal field dynamics.

BEFORE YOU LICENSE ANYTHING
Evaluate it properly — including ours.
We publish our own evaluation methodology rather than asking partners to take the science on trust. If you are assessing a hair-growth ingredient or technology — from us or from anyone else — the Continuum Translational Assessment Framework™ sets out the nine dimensions that actually determine whether an asset is licensable, and the flagship evaluation note works through the decision in full.
Applying that framework to Continuum's own portfolio is the fastest way to establish whether a license is worth your time.

Brand, channel, territory and intended positioning. That is enough for us to say whether a license is the right structure — or whether distribution or co-development fits better.
